Developers and Contractors Have Chased Traffic For Years, So Now What’s The Problem?
Yes, it’s one of the golden rules when building almost anything right?
Build it on the busy high traffic count highways and they will come in droves and bring along the money right?
For so many many years contractors and businesses have spent a small fortune trying to figure out how to bring traffic into there stores or showrooms.
Shopping center developers have had traffic studies done so that they can reap the rewards on high end leases.
Yes, traffic is every where in our lives. Maybe you sit in it everyday going to and from work. But I bet you never thought about the power of traffic and how it truly affects our lives now more then ever.
Before the internet I’m sure we never thought about traffic like we do now. Now we are getting a hint how important this word of “traffic” really is now. So did the developers and contractors have something figured out way before the internet was born?
Because if they did they clearly understood that “traffic” is king!
So, then along comes the internet and again and as long as you have figured out the “traffic” solutions then you are now king of your niche. Right?
Yes, and of course everyone has the guru solutions to getting and finding “traffic” .
So, the other day I was thinking and working on this traffic thing and it hit me, I wonder if the developers and contractors had the same problem we have chasing the “traffic” dream?
I mean did they have everyone coming out of the wood work with a real solution for finding “traffic”? I’m sure just like in todays time there were only really a small handful that had it figured out. Right?
Well it’s taken me over a year and thousands of hours of research of trial and errors but I believe I found the answers.
I am in the middle of working on some other niches to see if my “traffic” system will work for everyone or just the contractor market. Because this so far is the only market I have tested.
So I will keep you posted soon with my real life results.
Because the developers rule the “traffic” in your niche truly has the keys to the castle. Plus the view is awesome!
