Contractor 2010 Goals

by glen on January 5, 2010

Holy Toledo 2009 is gone forever and thank you for that. Sure some had a great last year but most that I talk to is glad it’s over! Contractor 2010 goals should be in your sites and looking forward to a banner year?

Now, I’m the most happy person all the time and for me I see  a lot of good things happening here in Florida. Let’s face it when things start to turn around just a tiny bit we feel it here in Florida first. Why you ask?

First Thinks First:

In my neighborhood all the foreclosures are all sold! Talking to a ton of Realtors they are all slammed with sales and the phone is ringing off the hook.

The Next Big Thing:

There are dump trucks hauling dirt everyday again. Plus I have a buddy that owns a dirt[gold mine] pit and he says things for him is in the up swing.

Why am I so Excited?

Our local track type home builders have 10-20 homes under construction and they plan to keep building. Plus they are selling them as fast as they get them built!

My Last Indicator:

My favorite restaurant is jammed packed every night along with all the others on restaurant row. So there you have my contractor 2010 goals along with my insights on our current economy.

Yes, I understand you may be dizzy with my whirlwind approach on how I see to set my goals for 2010. But see for me to set my goals I had to look around me and see what’s going on around me to get a real clear picture because watching the news and the TV does not help but just give me doom and gloom.

So, this is my way to set my goals for 2010. I see a bright recovery and I suggest you open your eyes and pay attention on what’s going on around your area.

Peace and Love,

Glen Kohlenberg
