The Art of Making Your Clients…Happy Clients

Let me ask you a question? Think about the last month and all the places that you have ate at,shopped, and spent money at and now think about how you were treated?

Do you think they appreciated your business? If so think about what stands out in your mind and there service?

See, to really take your company and profits to the next level you need to find a way to stand out in your clients mind.

Plus, I bet you out of all the companies that you come into contact with that only a small handful jumped out at you. Right?

So, how do we get your contracting company to stand out?

First, lets reactivate old clients.

I”m sure you understand by now that it cost 10 times as much to find a new client then to sell to an existing client. So why not come up with a solution or a plan to get back in front of all your existing clients.

This can be done by a simple postcard or a newsletter or even a phone call. Do what ever it takes to get back in front of your clients.

Let them know that you care about them and that you appreciate there past business with your company.

You must clearly understand who pays the bills and your clients are the ones that keep your doors open. They trust you to provide the very best products and services and have top notch service when needed.

Make your client feel comfortable when they need it most. We are in trying times right now and now more then ever before your client needs to feel comfort and security when dealing with you and your company.

How to stand out?

Be creative when marketing your company. Be different! Look around you and stop doing the same old type of marketing. Mix up your message and the way you send it out. Once you set yourself apart from your competitors your clients will take notice and keep on coming back to you.

Be bold and make an lifetime impression so that you will stand out above your competitors. I can’t say enough about this topic. You need to give your business it’s own personality. Lets face it your clients don’t buy products or services they buy the experience and the solutions to there problems.

So, your message must be strong and you must let your clients no that you are there number one concern and that you what them 100% satisfied.

I hope this will help you work on setting your company apart from your competitors and step up your marketing efforts.

I enjoy your feedback and comments so give me your thoughts.
