Five long years go by and I finally decided to put together a business plan to build a member-only website where contractors can afford to join, and learn how to grow and succeed in their business and at their own pace.
As I built this plan I wanted to put together the best team that could help me bring value and educate you at all levels of your company. I wanted to make sure it was affordable for all contractors. So we have an entry level membership at just $39.00 a month for everyone.
This was one thing that Josh my partner and I agreed upon right from the beginning. Make it affordable.
I figured that contractors needed to learn different things at different times. Think about your business: maybe you do $500,000 a year but the contractor down the street does 2 million. You can see why you both will learn at different levels.
So after talking with the team we decided to bring you an a’ la carte of products and services. Let me explain, there will be a ton of products and services that come with your entry level membership.
We will have a full line of lessons on video and audio that you can watch and learn from 24/7. This will be included in your membership. Learn how to put video on your website step by step. We made it easy!
But after talking with contractors around the country they want certain products related to their problem that they need to fix. Maybe you need a CD series on how to increase your sales or how to hire your first sales person.
It would be nice to get a CD for your supervisors on how to schedule for cash flow and profit and payroll. Maybe you need some help in your accounting department.
If your marketing needs some help or you need to learn the latest online techniques, you will be able to purchase just those special products or services. So you can see how we put this together to benefit our members.
We will be offering online training and special webinars and online coaching all in the comfort of your home or office. Topics like Systems, Sales, Marketing, Newsletters, Websites, PPC, SEO and many others you request.
Now, let me tell you some things that I need from you. I do not have a long email list of contractors to market to. At first we are only accepting 750 members to help us beta test our site. We want to add all the things that contractors need to help them run there business everyday.
We want to get all the bugs out so to speak, so we can launch again and build our site to be the most talked-about, go-to site online.
