Forum or Membership?

by glen on December 19, 2009

This week has been a busy week, especially if you are keeping up with the housing market, which reaches out and effects all of us. It never ceases to amaze me how we get ourselves into these messes. But the part that hurts the most is all the money the banks have made off all of us, then the federal government bails them all out.

This is kind of like the topic I am writing about today. I have been on many different forums for years and to me they are all the same. Yes you can get some good advice but when I really narrow it down to what I can use in my business, it falls short on expectation.

See, to really succeed in anything you need personal mentoring everyday to continue to build your company to greater levels and growth. This is why business coaching has grown so much. I believe in personal coaching not only in business but on a personal level.

You can grow off the charts with the right coach. The problem I see with forums is that you never get the complete answer. Something is always left on the table to wonder what’s next. Or you get 20 different answers and now you are more confused than ever.

Sound advice coming from people that live and speak your language is priceless. Building a network of contracting gurus is hard to do because you need to look at every part of your business and then align the gurus to match each one of those fields.

This takes a lot of time to get into the heads of these gurus and to build a blueprint for everyone to follow. This cannot be done on a forum. Most of the time you need to narrow down the contractors that have the passion for their business.  The ones that want to succeed no matter what.

They do not want whiners in their member-only group. They what a laser-focused commenting contractor group that are all there for one thing: to learn how to grow and succeed.

You want to me taken by the hand and led, and taught, by the best in our business. You want to be able to network with some of the best contractors all over the world, to get answers to all your questions as you need them everyday.

Now if this sounds like you, then we want you to join us at contractorblab.com as we go live with the best ever paid member-only site on October 16Th. We will only accept 750 members to beta test our site with us.

To the first 750 that join on that day you will be given a lifetime membership for only $39.00 per month. Now think about that cost for $468.00 per year you will be networking with the best of the best, and you will not believe all the member-related services that come with your membership.

After our 2 month beta test we will then relaunch with a large marketing campaign that will last all of 2009 and we will build the largest contractor-only paid member site out there. This will be the biggest thing to hit the construction world to date.

When we relaunch in January our member fee will be higher because our site will be member-approved and we only want the most passionate contractors that want to be part of our elite member group.

So go to contractorblab.com and sign up on our landing page and we will keep you notified of our launch process. We also have a ton of free goodies along the way to launch day. This is an exciting time for the contracting world so spread the word and we will see you during our launch.

Happy Selling

Hi Glen

Keep going ..this is a unique and viable idea!

Like you say you want the whole picture not bits and pieces of information that don’t come together.

Having an active and viable resource for your members is the only way to go.

Networking allows you to get new insights and ideas into how things are done in the construction industries.

There are thousands of contractors who will benefit from this excellent opportunity.

Look forward to hearing from you,

Sue in Aus
