If you what change bad enough and if your market is feed up with the same old thing then why not get off your duff and be the one to make the changes. I mean how much more whining can one handle?
Step up to the plate and make a grandstand approach and reshape your company to be the maverick in your contracting business. Don’t be afraid to make the changes to move you up and get you noticed.
Business today will never be the same again as it once was. Last year was a game changer for many in our industry. Most are half the size they were a year ago. Others who sat on the sidelines and said don’t worry I have been through this before are now gone out of business!
I am here telling you it does not need to be this way. But it takes guts and determination and hard choices to survive and to move up in your business. No one with an ounce of brains likes to let people go but when it comes to the survival of you and your company then what needs to be done has to be done.
See, you can always bring people back in to your business once you get things worked out but if you don’t make the hard choices upfront you won’t have a company to come back to. Right?
