How can roofing contractors have a $43,000 spread on a job?
I just bid a mansard roofing job on 3 small 2 story condominiums in Marco Island project.
The lowest bidder was at $66,000 and the highest was $109,000 and we were $82,000. Needless to say we lost it to the low bidder.
