Contractors Need To Step Up There Marketing
With all the positive hype out their about the economy I would be riding this wave right now and step up your marketing efforts!
I can see a major swing in people’s attitude about the economy and we have had a record sales for the last 2 months. Remember I am in non-season here in sunny Florida.
All of the homes in my neighborhood have been sold that were in foreclosure and guess who my new neighbors are? Our northern friends.
Plus with the up beat about the “cash for clunkers” things are starting to take off again. Yes, the country may be in debt to their eyeballs but guess what? Who really cares anyway?
All I’m saying is that if you wait until things really take off then you waited to long.Start marketing your business now to take advantage of the up swing.
I see roofing contractors all over the place working and also painting contractors. This is all good signs plus the commercial building part of the business never really slowed down.
I was reading that some local developers were out buying tracks of land again. So for me in my area this all means good things for us who have seen our companies slow for the past couple of years.
Plus for some the winter weather is right around the corner. Even Josh my partner in New Hampshire had 13 set appointments in one day last week for seamless gutter.
So smack me silly but I believe things are looking up. I what to shout it from the roof tops, hey I’m excited what can I say.
Also we are working on up dating our blog with a new theme and I know I’m excited about that. Hey it’s been almost one year for our blog and we have over 150 article post on everything you can think of.
Lew our blog Guru is almost complete and I no you will enjoy the new look.

Great post, I love the positivity. Just to play devil’s advocate, do you foresee beach front property taking a dive this summer as speculation and worry that the Gulf oil slick will reach our shores? I think it could happen, but the real question is WILL it…
Thanks for the comment but gulf front real estate oil or no oil is a bargain right now along our coast. Come on down and bring some cash with you!
