How a Few Crazy Contractors Build a Better Forum!
Yes, I know what your thinking”not another contractor forum” but so far I give Paul and his crew A+ for starting Remodel Crazy Forum.
Why do you ask? Well the cream has floated to the top here and the best of the best contractors are here telling all plus having a good time doing it.
But, for me so far the subjects have been a grand slam because we have some real experts on this forum.
The Google Girl is a nice touch to learn more about your local google search.
I just get a good feel about Remodel Crazy and all the contractors on the site so far.
I would say that a lot of the crew on this forum have been in the contracting or remodeling business for 20 years or more. And where can you go to get and learn from all this knowledge?

There is one guy on there” Ed The Roofer” he must be the grand champion of post writers. I mean Ed is the man when it comes to posting on all kinds of topics. And when you have so many post under your belt, well you have heard it all.
But what really drives me “Crazy” about Ed is his vast knowledge in so many topics. Plus he has this way about him that if you post something he does not like, he has a way to let you down softly.
Yes, a lot of contractors are at Contractor Talk and I met all of them there. But Paul and his crew I believe have built a better forum and mainly because of the interesting topics.
The “crazy” band of contractors will need to stay on there toes to keep things fresh and fun all at the same time.
But, remember these guys work in the trenches everyday just like you and me so they will bring fresh topics and ideas to you everyday plus real world things that happen to them all the time.

Although I am a ‘newbie’ and I don’t wear a tool belt or snazzy hardhat, I find the group informative, thought-provoking, and amusing. I’m glad to be a part of the gang. Hope it continues to grow!

Actually, with yourself and vast knowledge about marketing, you too are one of my peers that I look forward to hearing from, for your unique perspective.
I actually had to Report My Own Post last night on the other forum that you know me from.
Yes, I surreptitiously wanted to lambaste someone who was just posting to get attention and I did a background check on his company and saw that he got busted for posting his own reviews on his company for Craigs List .
As the guys in charge of http://www.RemodelCrazy.com will soon find out, many people only want to post on a forum for the sole purpose of generating leads and customers for themselves without partaking in the natural flow of the discussions and business and marketing knowledge being shared amongst the members.
Now, as an alternative site, where some advanced contractor tutorials are being developed and slowly implemented, Paul, Rory and Len have a seemingly very well thought out new technological tool to assist even the most novice of contractors and encourage their participation.
I eagerly look forward to each days new bits of wisdom that can be captured by visiting the new site.
